Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of British Columbia, followed by a Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta. During law school, he was active in Student Legal Services' Legal Education and Reform Project, facilitating access to justice at shelters in Edmonton. In his final year, Tim was accepted into the Low Income Individuals and the Law program, completing a practicum with Legal Aid Alberta.

 

Born and raised in British Columbia, Tim now calls Edmonton home. He practices exclusively criminal law and defends individuals charged with Criminal Code, drug and regulatory offences. Tim also has experience with SOIRA order termination applications and has a particular interest in firearms offences. He is a member of the Criminal Trial Lawyers' Association and serves as a primary reservist in the Canadian Armed Forces.
